Saint Vincent, a small city of the Aosta Valley situated between Turin and Milan in Italy which has hosted an important Open tournament annually since 1988 including a few European Championships, like the Mitropa Cup in 1988 and 2001, the European and World Senior Championship ( winner: Viktor Kortchnoi) , the European Club Team
Championship in 2005, the European Union Championship in 2007, the Francophone Championship in 2009 and few Italian championships. Sponsored by the Region and the municipality, Agostino Scalfi is the main organizer.

The winners of the Open tournaments were:
